Hotel O Radhakrishna

Hotel is near to meenakshi mandir but water logging is a big issue. Then on request they will verify it and offer you the worst room available. Ac not working, bathroom door not closed, water not served. They were more keen to sell water bottle. No exhaust available in bathroom.

I am not satisfied with your service. I have booked the room through your platform. But. I didn't got the room when i reached the hotel at midnight. It was totally disappointing. There was no intimation regarding this also. Try to make your service better. No

Basically you get what you pay for. Very close to temple. Majority of the staff members were friendly.

Good. The staff are very courteous and honest. Only thing the hotel stopped dinner and breakfasts since covid and so for such bookings pl avoid to include food charges. There are plenty of eateries nearby. The hotel is so near meenakshi temple which makes us to have darshan any no of times. Thank u. Room, location, bathroom and people behavior was good, however tv and ac was not working fine.

shall not visit it again... very pathetic and unhygienic... 😔. 😡. following are the few issues faced during the stay at the hotel radhakrishna, madhrai :-the linens were not changed until it was told.. after changing too it was dirty.. it appeared like bathrooms were not cleaned for ages.. it was badly smelling foul like a maternity room.. the rooms were not neat n clean.. they were badly smelling foul.. mosquito repellent machine was not provided.. here was no telephone for communication with the reception.. the pillows had dirty stains with bad foul smell.. door of one of the 2 guestrooms booked had no latch..

We booked 3 rooms for total 6 members with one kid. But as we visited the hotel they said rooms are full and gave one 3 sharing room and one 2 sharing room. Obviously one of us had to sleep on the extra matress provided on the floor. Our room was intentionally taken by the staff and sold for higher price to others. And coming to the room hygiene, they are full of dust. Hot water is not available in bathrooms. We opted for room with breakfast, but the hotel staff said they are not providing breakfast to anyone. Overall this hotel is providing rooms as-well as looting money

To begin with, it's less than 500 metre from temple and staff were friendly through out my stay. I suggest this hotel.

Good stay, cordial staff, good service, walking distance to temple, but away from crowd

While booking a hotel which is OYO managed there were multiple options provided, examples: only room, room+breakfast, room+breakfast+lunch/dinner. I opted for room+breakfast, now on the day of my stay at the hotel they couldn't provide me breakfast and asked me to contact OYO. I had to go through all the hassle of contacting the OYO helpdesk to lodge a complaint. A lot of my time got wasted in this process and still remained unresolved. I had to leave because it was my check-out before I could get a resolution.

After booking confirmation when we reached they refused to provide room they said all room booked. They are not happy if we booked room. After complain to make my trip they provide room but their behavior totally changed and not happy to see us.

Poor experience, very dirty room and stained in best sheet

Not clean, ac was not working, no soap or hand wash present. Some simple things can be improved.

Hotel is very much near to temple and has all shops available nearby. Room was small but has ac and television.
