Hotel 24(new bharat) walkable distance from Mall Road

I booked a room after seeing parking available in hotel pictures but when I reached the hotel they refused to give parking and I had to park my car in Nainital parking after paying 500 rs.

Room was nice staff members was also good. overall service was better ..|Place is not far from the market and mall road . Nainital is good place to visit with family weather was quiet good …I enjoyed breakfast sitting in terrace it give a Birds Eye view of city and lake

Good stay all was good it was raining so could not do sight seeing .....................................

Very bad experience

That property was very dirty and they are not providing wrong room what they are showing in website and also the room lock is damaged , bed damaged , colour was damaged bathroom fittings not working properly.

Room was so clumsy and dirty and very small room Not even comfortable and so cheap.

Room condition was not good and not that good for which I have paid

the property owner don't allow to park our car in hotel ..as per hotel board show parking is available.and room is not good as per price .no fans no Ac

Comfortable stay.location is good and service is fast.Near mall road.Lake view.

although cleanliness is lacking but hotel stay was 👍 good. I highly recommend it for budget friendly stay

All was good , weather was excellent we enjoyed sitting in the balcony and terrace .Some steps need to be climbed but it’s ok

Overall experience was good. Room was spacious and clean. Location is good 500 meters down from zoo and 5 mins walk to lake. But food service and hygiene was average. Also they dont come for daily housekeeping, no toiletries were provided.

Room & washroom was very dirty, MMT shows 2 Deluxe rooms on the booking of time but after they allocate only 1 deluxe & 1 economy room, that's very bad experience with mmt like company

Everything is fine and good about hotel Like location, staff is very cooperative, manager are good and humble food is very good if you don't want to go outside so you can eat food inside hotel they have a dining hall as well But only thing is that rooms outside distance was too short For example:- you can easily heard tv voice of your touch room Otherwise the hotel are very good

This is the worst experience till date on my bookings done Worst hotel, no cleanliness, faulty gyesur, room was allocated to some one else, when reached have to wait as they have given the room to some other guest then they shifted them to other room. No facilities as per the charges.
