groupThe location was shown different while booking, and the one we got was into complete interior from where commute was a challenge. The bed and mattress were not good, we got the iron rod bed with really bad quality mattress. The water was stopped since 12:00 am till next day morning and no one was there to address the issue. Roads are so narrow there is no parking space for 4 wheeler. My overall stay was not good

Location is totally same as mentioned. & Iron beds are mentioned in pictures. It's clearly mentioned online that this property has no parking. Our co-host received your calls for all your queries & staff members helped you with everything, you mentioned 4 guest but actual number of guests was 7. & Even we informed you This is our cheapest property. We've another properties as well on roads too. We apologise for the issues you've faced. Thanks

familyLocation is not friendly every time you have to call the caretaker to guide the auto wala. No doubt the flat was amazing and the care taker is helpful. Flat was neat and clean

Excellent home stay in varanasi. Easily accessible to tourist places, ghats, temples. Helpful staff, nice kitchen with all available utensils to make it feel like home.

Excellent Stay

I booked for 5 nights. I had a nice trip. Stay was very comfortable. Almost all the important place was within 3-4 km. Room was spacious. Kitchen have all necessary things. Property was located in the residential area and away from all the noise of the city. I would like to give one suggestion, they should provide at least one fridge in the kitchen. Caretaker was very nice person, he was always willing to help at any time. Property was in similar condition as mentioned. I stayed with my family. Property is kids friendly.
