DAMSON PLUM

The property is excellent—luxurious, well-maintained, and offers a very comfortable stay. However, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. The staff member handling my check-in seemed tired, unfriendly, and not welcoming. Given that I was checking in late, a more empathetic approach would have made a big difference. A small gesture of warmth and hospitality would have elevated the experience to match the property's high standards.

Damson plum is located in a veryu quiet and posh neighbourhood. The rooms are very well maintained and clean. Their food service is excellent. We tried the pasta and Thai curry through room service and it’s was served nice warm & fresh. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay and worth every penny.

It’s a very neat and clean plus hygienic and decorative DAMSON PLUM, and the food at breakfast was amazing! The air conditioning in the room was not working at first, however when we called and complained, they sent someone promptly to check and fix.

Very clean rooms - especially the bathrooms as that’s always tricky with DAMSON PLUMs and the suite is very spacious. Accommodating staff and ideal location

The stay was good. I got a room that was not in use a couple of times. So cup holders and tray all were lil dirty. Apart from that it was ok
