familyI booked cleaned 4/5(because wet area). 2rooms worth for money for my family. Amenities missed water and glasses not given. Tv is not working. I not given compalint. Maybe if raise compalint if possible to work.

Wrong maps location, undisclosed charges and drunk caretaker

The location of the actual place is kms from the one on the maps. We had to end up paying 500 for what could have been 250-300 and that too lucky we were there during the day. The owner doesn't pick up calls or the numbers are switched off whenever you need. The caretaker is drunk most of the day, and the premises had no gas. Yes it's a budget option, bring everything you want with you, campfire stops at 11pm. And be prepared for bad network.

Cheap and best stay in Kodai

Overall the stay was good.. We booked a deluxe room for family.. The rooms are spacious and the care taker was also co-operative.. The ambience is nice with a beautiful lawn in the front.. Morning Food was also delicious.. Good to go property 😊

Building is quite old, not properly maintained. No bath towels, soaps, given. No hot water available at the property

The room stay location is very nice entrance also, but the room was not clean properly the bedsheet and blanket not good, no drinking water, tv is not working, if they maintain well it is a one the good stay place in kodai. Need to teach the staff for hospitality.

No neatness at all . High rate for this kind of stay . Only ₹500 worth. No extra bed provided for 3rd person .
