coupleThe house keeping and reception staffs are pathetic. They entered our room for housekeeping without asking and didnot even apologise . i asked for the manager they kept calling housekeeping staffs posing as manager one after another. Finally the manager came and spoke to us . The hotel reception keeps calling one hour prior to checkout time stating they have a checkin in the same room asking at what time we will checkout.They charged 2000 +gst as smoking fine where no cigarettes butt was found neither the smoke detector went on.I am ok with the charges but gst without providing gst bill was not acceptable.Overall apart from the cleanliness and restaurant staffs the stay was horrible.There are other properties in jamshedpur which are much better

Horrible experience

Used tea bag, no support staff in the night. Overpriced and tasteless food. Someone was drunk and hit the parking area and hotel staff was telling us to wait and be patient. I was late but no help from security. They are telling us that may be someday you ell also face same problem, so please co-operate.
