it's a well maintained resort with excellent views of kumaon hills. food and service is something they could improve. I expect more from a 5 star resort in terms of food quality. somthings are very good like rooms, views , swiming pool, garden amenities. but some are poor side like service, breakfast buffet.

Everything was excellent, staff is very coperating, restaurant food was very tasty. Rooms were good size and very clean

Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Price or Rating We booked this resort based on the glowing reviews listed on MakeMyTrip, expecting a true 5-star experience. While the location of the property is undoubtedly beautiful, that’s the only thing that comes remotely close to luxury. The service was extremely poor, with untrained staff and delayed responses for even the most basic requests. But the biggest letdown was the food – absolutely third-class in quality, variety, and taste. We’ve had better food in roadside dhabas than what was served here under the tag of a premium resort. For a property that claims to be 5-star, this was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, we ended up paying 3–4 times the cost of several other well-rated hotels in the Jim Corbett area, expecting premium hospitality. What we received was nowhere close – it felt like we had been misled by the online reviews and the brand reputation. Would absolutely NOT recommend this place if you value good food, decent service, or value for money. There are far better options available in Jim Corbett at a much more reasonable price. This was a waste of money and a spoiled trip.

Service poor Food quality terrible

overall very nice property situated at very nice natural surroundings and very well maintained. I booked a leopard suit thinking that it would be a better room for the best view of natural surroundings or from the balcony but it disappointed. The staff was very courteous and professional. Amenities of resort are the best.

Superb experience in terms of stay as well as the food part, quality of food was awesome and all staff members were awesome

Our stay was very good. Hospitality is amazing. Staff greets and treats u really nicely. Good is yum. Breakfast spread is wonderful. The resort has a big swimming pool, my children enjoyed a lot in the pool. Overall very good experience.

as wpr price the property is very average. nothing much to do there and d decor n food is very average. it should not be written as 5 star property.

Beautiful resort with very friendly staff, great journey through forest highly recommended for a great family trip

The place is literally amazing for a getaway from busy life. Resort location is very scenic and beautiful. Landscaping in resort is beautiful, staff is very polite, adjusting and welcoming. Resort is like 45-50mins far from ramnagar, so u need to plan the corbett safari accordingly. Food is good, little improvement in menu can be done. Our room was leopard cat, was spacious, full of amenities and comfortable, room heating system is absent, so u need to ask for room heater, and an extra blanket in winters. Overall experience is amazing and certainly recommended for families with kids, couples, and beautiful photographs can be clicked in this location.

We came all the way from nz, and was impressed by the 5 star rating review for this accommodation, but unfortunately everything we were promised in the booking was not delivered. We didn’t receive the welcome drink which was inclusive in the deal, we weren’t informed about the dinner timming or the breakfast timming. Fruit basket only contained 4 apples, which was also rotten. There was a wild show booked for us but that also didn’t proceed. There is no review books on the property either. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you do book this place, be ready to be disappointed. This place is not 5 star worthy, it should really only be 1 star.

Beautiful ambiance with very comfortable stay and all necessary amenities are available here. Delicious spreads. Lush green garden with different kind of fruits trees.

Taken so much money for early check in its not a 5 star it's a 1 star property no ala carte services provides worst property i have ever visited

The property is very beautiful n food is just awesome. But the room where we stayed faced a lot of glitches. For ex. Balcony door couldn't be open from the balcony and when room service was called. He said ye es e h operate hota h. It was very unprofessional. After argument he mended the door. Wifi was not working at all. It was very inconvenient

This property offers one of the best views ever seen. The rooms are spacious and breakfast was full of variety too. Better to opt for lunch/dinner as the property is secluded and no restaurant nearby.

The hotel is located deep inside away from the city center, and hence has less staff to service customers. They denied food of my choice in my absence of a buffet meal which was included in my package. Hotel staff is not at all courteous and money spent is not worth.

Management and room service was pathetic, no welcome drinks served. Driver was humiliated to park the vehicle in the premises. No one guided us for the property tour.

Facility at the resort are not good

Sometimes where good and some where just ok it was 30km away from main area and internet connectivity was just average room was clean and we will face continuous power cuts. List is long but no doubt property is beautiful and staff was good
