it was pathetic stay ....booked cotage ..while on their website that cotage room is only foray... Room was not clean ...bathtub was not in useable condition...water leakage from walls ..in whole room ..lot of smell ..... we request to change the room ....next day we get the room ...clean but that room charges were only ...we asked for refund but they refused and advice us to ask MakeMyTrip for the refund... very bad experience after paying for two days 😔😔 it was pathetic stay ....booked cotage Room... ..while on their website that cotage room is only

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location of the property is in a remote area where you can commute by your own vehicle. The room service is bad and there is a lack of staff, there was no power in the hotel for the entire day due to my entire trip being spoiled and I have to check out the hotel at 5:00 AM in the morning. I personally suggest not to visit this hotel, it is a total waste of money.

There were lot of mosquitos and away from dhiluli road . Clean atmosphere was not maintained. Away from the vibe of city

प्रॉपर्टी का बहुत ही खराब एक्सपीरियंस रहा यहां पहुंचने का रास्ता इतना डेंजरस है कि अगर रात में जाना पड़े तो गाड़ी में भी बिल्कुल सेफ नहीं है। जब हमने वहां रूम चेक किया तो वहां के सभी रूम में एक बहुत गंदी स्मेल आ रही थी प्रॉपर्टी सेफ्टी के हिसाब से बिल्कुल भी सही नहीं है पता नहीं मेक माय ट्रिप वालों ने क्या देखकर इस प्रॉपर्टी से अपना टाइप किया है या तो मेकमायट्रिप वालों को अपने कस्टमरों की बिल्कुल भी फिकर नहीं है यह प्रॉपर्टी बिल्कुल अनसेफ है प्रॉपर्टी चारों तरफ से कवर्ड भी नहीं है दोनों साइड में प्रॉपर्टी के खेत हैं जहां से कोई भी जानवर या कोई भी व्यक्ति कभी भी आ सकता है और प्रॉपर्टी का रास्ता एकदम टूटा फूटा है स्टाफ बिहेवियर बहुत ज्यादा poor था रिसोर्ट में पीने के लिए पानी तक नहीं था हमें मॉर्निंग में जल्दी निकलना था तो हम जाने के लिए उठे तो पता चला कि बाहर का गेट बंद है और कोई भी स्टाफ रिसोर्ट में था ही नहीं जिस स्टाफ ने हमें नंबर दिया था उसको मैंने चार-पांच बार कॉल किया लेकिन किसी ने भी कॉल पिक नहीं किया उसके 2 घंटे बाद स्टाफ आया हमें 7:00 बजे मॉर्निंग में निकलना था और गेट बंद होने की वजह से 9:00 बजे के बाद हम निकल पाए प्रॉपर्टी के बाथरूम बहुत ज्यादा गंदा था बेडशीट भी बहुत गंदी थी इसके जो रिव्यू दिए हैं मुझे वह फर्जी लगते हैं क्योंकि रिव्यू के हिसाब से इस प्रॉपर्टी में ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं है मेक माय ट्रिप वालों को ऐसी प्रॉपर्टीज कोई भी टाइम नहीं करना चाहिए क्योंकि कोई भी कस्टमर हमेशा मेक माय ट्रिप के भरोसे आता है और आने के बाद वहां पर उसे देखा एक्सपीरियंस मिले जब मैं बुकिंग कैंसिल के लिए बोला तो मेरे से बुकिंग कैंसिल करने के लिए मना कर दिया हमें नाइट में मजबूरी में स्टे करना पड़ा क्योंकि थकान बहुत ही इस वजह से हमने वहां स्ट किया लेकिन यह प्रॉपर्टी स्ट करने लाइव बिल्कुल भी नहीं है

Wifi not working and electricity issue and restaurants not available please all facility app provide

This so called “resort” just has 4 rooms which are not maintained at all. There is no restaurant/cafe or other amenities in the resort and it is at a very remote location. The food they gave was terrible as our stomach got upset after eating it. However our main issue was that we visited in jun e and their power backup does not cover ac and there were electricity cuts most of the time. We were without air conditioning most of the time in this scorching heat. There is no hygiene all the bedsheets, blankets, pillow were dirty and the room had a lot of flies. I would suggest save your money and don’t book this hotel.

How do make my trip enrolls such properties. It had only 3 rooms. No restaurant, indoor games facilities found as mentioned on make my trip. I had to wait 20 minutes to get gate opened to enter the property. I had to leave the property and booked another. It’s not a safe property for families to go.

Facilities are not available breakfast is very bad. Very poor service. Staff is not polite. They said bathtub facility available but there is no bathtub

The only drawback that i felt was there was no mirror inside room. All other things were outstanding. Room size, balcony, outside view, all good. Surroundings were very peaceful and there was very natural greenery. Food was also good. Service was good.

Most of the time no electricity. No food facility if they prepare some basic food for that changes are very very high even a one litter water cost you four times. Upto 14 kilometre there's no connectivity. You have to go by own vehicle.
