Casa Joyal

The room was not the same as portrayed—unclean and unhygienic. The caretaker was missing most of the time. Some improvements are needed as it does not feel like a homestay. Location-wise, it is good, with the beach nearby and within walking distance.

Not happy with make my trip services i was asking for the coupon for the purchase i have done for the hotel booking in goa, due to some reasons i wasn’t able to make it up, i was asking for help with your employees but no one is helpful, very bad experience with make my trip.

We had a very bad experience during our stay in casa joyal. First of all the name of this hotel 'casa joyal' does not exist. The actual name of this hotel is 'marcello place. The room is very dirty, bedsheets and blankets are stinking. There is no tv, wifi, electric kettle in the room. They do not clean rooms on an everyday basis. We have to tell the caretaker whose name is ajay to clean the room. There is no proper room service. We had a struggle for 3 hours to reach this hotel.

Which hotel you see me in pictures at goa? i don’t show that hotel. Casa joyal hotel stay me in another property and the property is a very bad conditions number one. They do not clean rooms every day. Second one. There are no any facility. So overall, i give rating is very bad. I have no pictures

Name of the property is different than what it is showing here. Not too good for a family stay because at the balcony boys drink and smoke.

Amenities are very short. And the staff was not reliable not meet and clean very poor quality i am not happy

We booked this casa joyal stay 2 months back from the booking date through make my trip app and when we reached there the owner refused to give the rooms for us

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

It was an amazing over all . The rooms were clean . We were provided with scooty as well w good condition and the manager was amazing too.

Worst hotel. Poor management. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Owner name ravi is shifted me and my friends to another hotel on my check in time. Don't book this hotel.

Bad experience. Rooms are not all cleaned. Refrigerators not working, no ac remote provided. Televisions not working moreover no geysers only local heat rod is given which is not shocked proof. Will not refer to anyone. Book it on your own risk.

Rooms were spacious, AC was there, a bit in the interior area. The only off thing was the odor that came from the room when it was opened. Location is almost on the main road, amenities none, services okayish

It's just a average stay room, like our home. However cost side it's okay. Recommended for bachelor's looking for a cheap stay in north goa.
