C01 Seacoast by Nirvana Abode - Eco 1BHK - Varca

The apartment is situated not so close to the varca beach, but not far too. It's in a nice residential complex, on the ground floor, with the view if the pool from the balcony. The apartment has required furnitures in spic & span condition. The bed and bed linens are in good condition, ac, tv, freeze, induction, induction cookware, water purifier, washing machine all are present and in good conditions. The apartment overall is maintained very nicely. The communication made by the representative on behalf of the host after booking was also prompt & initiated by them at first, that was felt good too. Actually you don't need to face any physical hunan interface while checking in the apartment, the system is so maintained, even the key is kept in such a way too! therefore, they will ask you to send your ids to them by wa before even checking in. Now that can be uncomfortable to anyone. Also to mention that the extra charge for early check in & late check out is fixed as was communicated and to be sent to them directly through payment modes. Apart from this the only issue we faced is that the representative asked for rs. 900- as mentioned by hin as the "cleaning charges. While no such clause was mentioned in the booking details When i mentioned to him that no such thing is prior mentioned to me, he seemed surprised that the booking voucher hadn't that being mentioned! although that issue ended there, and no further problems came while checking out, but my point is this even should not have happened! anyway, it was otherwise an excellent stay.

It was good from the third day. There should be an overall check regarding wifi, fuses, amenities and only then the keys related process should be initiated. Otherwise it was a good stay. The rooms were clean.

I did not get to stay at this hotel the host cancel-led my booking one day before my travel. I have requested a full refund from make my trip.

It's a fully furnished 1bhk flat with a fully operational kitchen. We travel-led with our 1 year old daughter and wanted to spend a week in south goa. Staying here felt like home. Availability of induction, fridge, oven, water purifier, really helped in food preparation for our daughter. There are also basic utensils (plates, cutlery, crockery) and dish washing soap. A caretaker/maid is available for a fee; felt her charges on the higher side. You can take care of cleaning yourself. Broom, mop, is available. Garbage is collected daily. The outdoors has ample parking space and a pool. Some misses - mixer grinder, mosquito repellent, drying stand for washed clothes. At the end of the trip we were very happy that the eating schedule of our little one was undisturbed. She could enjoy the trip, so we could enjoy it.
