Overall awesome experience. Location , premise , staff , food and vibes all excellent. loved my stay here

Ambience and property was good. Food was expensive, tea was extremely sweet. Water was very murky in the taps, it seems they had taken directly from the river which was muddy.

It was a great stay, great concept The place and location is perfect

Its not a Zostel made property and no Zostel rules are followed. Children were allowed in the property. It is just a normal hotel with Zostel Branding.

The food was not good and options were very limited too. The property was not clean and had lizards everywhere.

Stay was quite good! The rooms were clean and air conditioned, Various indoor games facilities available,also a swimming pool is there but the problem was it had too much chlorine present and the main problem is of food, the kitchen are same though at most of the places but atleast would have kept separate utensils for veg and non veg and also the food is not good at all and tasteless, so for all the vegitarian & vegan people, this place will upset you for the food but overall an average experience.. Great food and amazing location

I had a great experience in Zostel Kolad. The food was ok, vibe was good, pool was alright, service was pretty decent. The room's bathroom had some leakage issue but overall I would give a 4 star rating.

It wasn’t informed on the booking anywhere that entry isn’t allowed after 8 pm . Ganesh helped us put even after this. Otherwise the stay was good ,crowd is good and Saturday night is especially happening.

The bedsheets and pillows smelt bad. We felt that the water sport activities were highly priced. If it was communicated earlier that river rafting for 2 people would cost 1700 plus an additional 1200 for the rickshaw fare, along with the swimming pool being closed for maintenance purposes before making the bookings, we probably wouldn't have finalized this place. The crowd that came in a group played extremely loud music in the bar area until late night and were horribly drunk, who kept making advances to dance with a friend of ours. It was extremely uncomfortable. However, I would like to say the food was really good. It was genuinely tasty.

I had travel-led with my group of friends. To get to the venue we have to take a small boat ride which was fun. The staff are quite polite and helpful. The room that was given to us was a bit smelly but as soon as we raised this concern they gave us a fresh new room. Food here is so so delicious. I have also stayed in mahabaleshwar zostel. There too we had loved the food. We were totally engaged and had so much fun. We started with game room which had plenty of games. And chill vibe. Then in tge evening they gave an option if we want to go for mini trek and see sunset. But we chose kayaking and water activities. Then relaxed for some time near the river. Then while we were returning they started playing good music to create vibe. They also organised friendly volleyball match. Then there were other group who were playing some amazing songs and dancing all night. They also arranged bonfire. Next day morning with delicious breakfast buffet we winded up clicking some great pictures. We couldnt use the swimming pool as it was under maintenance from past few months. We did not miss it but if someone visiting in future wants it then they can check with the zostel folks before booking

good vibe, food could be better. no restrictions. common room has games and a tv. just sip and chill around the property

The property is located in a good area, but the overall experience was disappointing. The crowd was mostly comprised of people drinking alcohol, and there wasn’t a single open space free from it. Additionally, the place did not feel safe. At night, there was an incident where a man entered a girl’s room, leading to a huge fight.

V good place for group and solo trip room was very clean good food was also good but in jain there is no such options for that they have to study about that
