very bad experience not a good room to stay very unhygienic blankets were not washed stinking never recommend

This stay is mediocre, and I’d only recommend it if all other options are exhausted. It’s quite difficult to find, and I had to search for about half an hour before locating it. To make matters worse, the owner’s phone kept turning off throughout the stay, and the service was equally mediocre.

Nice hotel. very humble and warm welcome. Staff is so supportive manager nature is very nice rooms are big and clean

The stay was really comfortable although for 1 night only for a budget friendly hotel. The location was also near MG MARG, Gangtok. The staff was really good and helpful. Overall the stay was really comfortable and relaxing.

Pathetic room service, tv is there but doesn't work , room was not cleared as we stayed there for 2 days.

Unclean, Paint Smell, Renovating simultaneously. Near MG marg but dont have a proper entrance or parking. Smelly blankets and dirty pillows.

Hotel room and staff was good. Location also convenient and nearby by MG Marg..They need to keep variety in Breakfast.

Parking is not available. As other hotels owner did not to park near there hotels. It get problems to climb up with luggages and come down with same.

Very poor room condition. There was a bad smell coming from the bed. There was no better facility. The room was exactly like a prison. There was no view point outside the room.

The best part was the location. 15-20 steps away from the mg market. The rooms are decent and justified by the price. Don't expect something super luxurious. The staff members are very good, they performed each task with firm politeness and calmly. Overall good.

Horrible service and a terrible hotel extremely dirty and filthy. The location is extremely uncomfortable. The place is ideal for people looking for a cheap dirty purpose. 1

Room was clean with aesthetic interior with golden lightening. I stayed there with 4 of my friends and all of us liked it. It was totally worth it in such a cost. I booked it on Make_my_trip app which costed 1848 rupees(including GST). They also offered food if you wanna to have some. It's location was very nice as MG Marg was at a few meter walk where everyone use to definitely visit ,also on MG Marg there were everything like food shops, dress shops, and all other shops. I do recommend this hotel.

Location, stuffs behaviour, cleanness is good room is fine with balcony.warth it. Very near to snt bus stand and mg market.
