This so called hotel has shops on the ground floor, smelly rooms on the second floor, dirty sheets, not suitable for a family.

Location was near road, we didn't had food, sanitation was very poor bedheets has burnt marks of cigerates, water jug was so dirty it had turned black at places with dirt, pillow covers were also not clean. It was a terrible stay and was hard to touch anything. Roof wall had stains of moisture. It's ratings were 4 but it had nothing positive except the location nearby road.

Hi this is Akhil your host , Dear guest we really apologise for the miss convenient. But Sir, actually, the reason of the smell is the season as your booking is on 28 July 2024 and July, August, Sep is a rainy season in Shimla. So at that time, there is a lots of lot of moisture in the air. That’s why the rooms were smelly. but when we clean rooms we spray room freshener and you also have a option to spray again, Sir there is solution for every thing but we have to discuss, if you asked us we should have change your room . Any way in future please ask the property to help.Property always try to serve best to their customer as they want you to be a repeat client. So in future, if you face same problem like this, you should ask the Hotel to resolve and if they don’t help, then you put the review or ask the company from where you have booked to look after the case.I consider your issue and take it to improve my properties. Guest is the only one who always help us to improve our hospitality . Sorry, once again, Regards, Akhil

Location is good and easily accesible. Host and caretaker both nice person and very cooperative. Only issue we faced was water (both hot+cold) running very slow in one of three rooms we booked.

coupleThe room was very clean, geyser was available 24 hrs. Hot water for drinking was also provided. They had an inhouse kitchen where they made food and provided room service. The staff(lovely and another) were very polite and respectful.
