Viceroy In The Himalayas, An ALIVAA Hotel

Overall the stay was decent. Good points: 1) the Viceroy In The Himalayas, An ALIVAA Hotel is new and furnishings are neat and clean. 2) the food mostly was good except once when we got very bad pizza 3) the staff was well behaved and courteous 4) service was mostly on time. 5) they seem to have a good intent and want to improve and were receptive to the points which i suggested. 6) decent location as well. Issues which i faced: 1) the gyeser was not functioning for most of our stay hence i couldnt use the bath tub which was the main reason for me to select the room and pay extra. They could only partially resolve this issue since we only got luke warm water after the issue was supposedly resolved. 2) chef did not revert back to us on complaining about a very bad dish (pizza). Normally good places discuss about these things.

Awesome place to visit, satff is very courteous. specially fnb staff. hospitality is awesome. view is great. great place to stay in Lansdowne. view is great. Live music is awesome, food quality was superb. Saurabh, rachna, uday, sohan were very hospitable. thank you for an amazing stay. Special thank to Ankita, Sandeep and rajkishor for amazing hospitality to make our stay super comfortable.

Excellent location, hospitality and food experienced at Viceroy In The Himalayas, An ALIVAA Hotel. Staff at Viceroy In The Himalayas, An ALIVAA Hotel is very courteous and well trained. Hotel manager sandeep is a customer oriented guy with good knack for delivering customer delight.

We stayed in the terrace room with a private balcony, which allowed us to take in the peaceful sunset views from the Viceroy In The Himalayas, An ALIVAA Hotel. The room was spacious, and the food was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooftop room has beautiful ambience and the view from terrace is nice. The cleanliness is excellent and room service is good. Big parking space for cars. Staff is polite and ever ready to help. Stay is enjoyable here.

Stay was good. Food was excellent. Location is quite good. Just that balcony can be provided separately for family to have privacy. Sandeep and ankita were very helpful and made us stay quite comfortable

The staff and food are amazing at this Viceroy In The Himalayas, An ALIVAA Hotel and we had a good time with family. The pillows, however, are very thick and uncomfortable personally.
