Location of the property was a little bit inside from the main City, apart from that stay was good, cleanliness and facilities were good, rooms were good and comfortable, food was also very good and quality was also very good, caretaker was very helpful, overall, a very good stay and a recommended property.

Peaceful place with a wonderful host

Very peaceful stay, since it's a residential property too much noise is not acceptable. Property has all basic amenities. Not sure about availability of food around the property since we did not order anything from anywhere. Wine shop is nearby. Overall very soothing/calm and peaceful.

Karan and his friends were delightful guests. Communications were prompt and easy. They left the home exactly as they found it, clean and tidy. We can highly recommend them to all hosts and would love to accommodate them again.

One of the best hotel in the South Goa. Nearest Beach, food. Excellent cleaning of the rooms, bathroom and kitchen. Polite and kind personality of the care taker.

A suitable property for family stay

Caretaker was very good, friendly and helpful. They offered delicious food for us. Location was easy to access. Facilities and hygiene was meeting our expectation during our stay time. The property deserves a high recommendation.

Beautiful place to stay

The location was peaceful. A caretaker lives there. It has a kitchen with basic amenities. You are allowed to make your food. Caretaker lives in the villa itself. It's a 3 bhk property suitable for group of 9 people.

Need good service and facility

I stayed in hotel Traum Hous Deluxe room for 3 days. Here is my feedback. Very clean and well maintained rooms. They provide well branded sampoo and soaps on bath rooms. On breakfast, they provided : Day one - 1 sandwich + Tea per person. Day two - 2 Idli, sambar + Tea per person. Day three - 2 Samosa + Tea per person. There are big difference in description shown on site and actual service. No TV on deluxe room. TV is available on living room which is shared among guest and care takers. It is an internet TV, no regular channels. Washing machine is there, but they charge 15 rupees per cloth. No newspapers. Owners and care taker stays there and lot of interference from them. Rude behavior from care taker. Kitchen is a shared kitchen among 3 rooms and owners. Kitchen can be used for only breakfast making, tea. No dip fried allowed. I use two mobile connection Jio and Vodafone. There is no network inside rooms for whole day. Need to go out for taking calls. Not children friendly. If kid moves sofa a little bit, care taker argue with guest.

Dear Kakali, thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. In my opinion, the reasons are obvious. You sir booked just one room for 3 nights for 3 adults +1 child. At the time of check-in, you had an extra child along with you without informing us in advance. But still we accepted that because we didn't want to ruin your holidays. There should be no doubt for not having a TV as all the pictures of Deluxe Room are without a TV. This room is attached to the living room where your whole family enjoyed watching that all 3 days until 12 pm-midnight. Our other guests even called us and complained about the noise. As you might not know, we have quiet hours from 9pm to 8 am and that is clearly written in our house rules on MMT. Now you said that we don't have regular channels. We have Amazon Prime videos and YouTube with a very reliable wireless Internet connection. It is a smart TV. You also had a misunderstanding of renting the whole bungalow although you booked just one room and you knew that as you paid for an extra adult. Now we talk about the Mobile coverage. Traum Haus is situated in Beach area full of nature. The towers therefore are limited here for a very good reason. But we have spots inside our home where we can still get the reception. Moreover, we have a working Wifi to compensate that. We share our kitchen to our guests for preparing tea, coffee or some snacks. That's also clearly stated in our House rules. But we still allowed you temporarily to cook against our policies just to give you a comfortable stay. There is a difference in a hotel and a homestay. You need to obey the house rules in a homestay and also in a hotel. Mr Nitin, who you were describing a Caretaker is the owner himself. I am just wondering how would you react to a person like you who is always complaining although he provided everything at his best capabilities. As for your information, you can scroll down and see yourself how other guests wrote about Mr. Nitin and Traum Haus. As for the Laundry is concerned, that's a facility, not a product of ours. We are not a Laundry shop. The breakfast which we provided to your whole family was complimentary and more to that Mr Nitin gave you 4 choices every day So I'm wondering what on the site differs from the reality. We have a family and we all have kids. Kids are adorable and innocent. Don't bring them in this issue. We all learn from our experiences and mistakes and will definitely perform better in the future. All the best.

Excellent Stay

familyGreat experience & perhaps the best said an example for what a home stay is all about. We stayed here for 5 days. It was a family trip aimed at relaxation. Very neatly maintained property. We stayed in a king-size room with a beautiful view. The chirping sound of birds from back small forest canopy was a welcome way to greet mornings during vacations. Owner has provided home with all amenities there. It's really home away from our own home. Thanks To Mr. Nitender for his amiable gesture and supporting nature. Traum Haus means dream house in Germany and it's really like a dream come true experience

We visited this place during the 1st week of october. The villa is located near to Margaon Railway Station. As we entered the villa we were so delighted by looking at it, that all our tiredness went away. The villa is really very well maintained and quite spacious for 5-6 people. The owner has taken care of all the minute necessities which we need (like body wash, hair dryer, moisturizing cream, etc and of good brands). One of the most important thing is the washrooms were very clean and well equipped with all the facilities. Also each room had a separate balcony. The balconies were spacious and perfect for chilling out. Only one drawback is that the laundry is chargeable. Rest everything is just awesome.
