Terrible experience. Staff is very uncooperative. Very bad property to stay with family or alone. Total bad experience. Still breakfast is not given properly to family and staff is again behave very rudely. I strictly draw your attention towards this otherwise i will go to legal process nw

familyThere was a dirty towel left in our washroom which we found later. We wanted to watch the world cup but there was no login or tv channels. The receptionist offered his personal account which didn't work either. I logged in from my personal account which further kept showing error because of poor wifi despite us being the only guests on the ground floor. The food was good and reasonably priced. Liked the property and the view of mature but the service can be hell a better for the price that im paying. They also provided us with a driver to visit the neelkanth temple who took 1. 5 hours to reach and wasted our whole because of worsened traffic jam at that hour.
