The spa experience added the perfect touch of relaxation to our stay. All in all, staying at Taj was a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and heartfelt hospitality. I would highly recommend it—and can’t wait to return!

Food quality at the Taj was excellent: every meal was delicious, well-presented, and covered a variety of cuisines. Combined with thoughtful service, it was always a pleasure to dine here. In summary, my stay was exceptional. I highly recommend the Taj Hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious, memorable experience where every detail, from food to hospitality, is simply superb.

Absolutely speechless by the grandeur and hospitality of this property. Everything was perfect. Spotless. Breakfast at Sea lounge was a royal affair. The attention to detail and personalised service was extraordinary. I’ve just one complaint. The washroom connecting from the Tower to the Palace sometimes tend to get smelly. Please rectify this . A minor point but by no means affects my overall rating of the Palace. An absolute 10/10

Taj Mumbai is the perfect blend of luxury, heritage, and world-class service. The staff were warm and attentive, the rooms elegant and comfortable, and the food absolutely exceptional. A truly memorable stay — highly recommended for anyone visiting Mumbai.

very nice experience.. staff very good always welcome with smile. this is not The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai really a big palace established by jamsedji tata. food is separate in different restorent, that we realise later.

I have had a really good time in Taj. All stafs were very efficient and services requested were provided immediately. Loved the stay there and had a good and relaxing time for my bday.

Food was excellent and service staff behaviours and dedication was superb I.e remarkable. Amenities were superb
