The Meenmuty Heights

Our stay as a family was for 2 nights. Random people knocked on our door really hard for a long time around 2 AM early morning, because we did not open the door, nothing happened. Though the hotel staff came late, we later understood that because there is no any gate to the resort and no security guard anywhere the people who knocked our door thought that our room was the reception though it was unbelievable. I will not recommend this resort to any family.

Property not maintained well. Not recommended for any type of stay.

Good stay, spacious rooms, great environment and friendly staff, this location itself is one of picnic/sightseeing points besides many in Wayanad area, approach Road is little concern, overall met expectations!

Room size 5 of 5, cleanliness 4 of 5, view from room 5 of 5, room service 0 of 5, the people taking order are not polite, indoor activity 1 of 5, carom board outdoor activity 2 of 5, only cycling, estate walk and swimming pool, swimming pool quality very bad with no maintenance, food taste 3 of 5, food was not tasty. We had stayed for 3 days and all 3 days breakfast had same samovar food rate 2 of 5, price is too high and quantity is very less of the 3 days stay I had booked first two days I had booked deluxe room. Extended one more day of stay for pavilion room extension was done just to avoid dial pollution in Bangalore, not because the service is very good we went to reception asking for change of room to pavilion type and we were told by manager that we are already staying in pavilion room you can continue to stay in same room. We checked with other workers and they told we are staying in deluxe room. Finally I am not sure in which room I stayed. Room service was very worst the guy taking order was very rude. People can visit this place is they are looking for rooms with good view and not caring about other service.

The place is nice and good interiors. But the services need to improve a lot.
I am not satisfied with room services and complimentary breakfast.

Food is costly and not tasty. Have to improve cooking. Lunch is okay but dinner is not up to the mark. Otherwise location room service and behaviour of staff are good especially Mr jacob the manager of the resort

We guys spent good amount of time in pool. The hotel ambience and location was so good. The room cost was comparatively low in make my trip app. The staff service was so good. The room is located near to the river where we could have a river view and enjoy the scenic beauty. Goodly amount of space available for play area and camp fire where one can get both activity and peace. Breakfast and Dinner was so good, the sambar and chutenies tastes like TN food. The approach to the resort was through estate road and it was very impressive. The resort is in a very natural setting within a tea estate. There is a waterfall that can be a reached by walking 250 meters. There is a small bamboo island. We had been there in early october and the place was covered with smog and it was a great experience.

Brilliant location with very average rooms. Staff are very courteous. Food was decent. Stay would have been much pleasant if the rooms were up to the mark. Otherwise the location is fantastic and best one to stay connected with the nature.

Resort with serene beauty of nature and the location was perfect, just in the border of Kerala & Tamilnadu. Meenmutty river running side by (where you could hear the pleasant river stream sound), Biggest waterfall in Wayanad. Close to neelimala viewpoint.
