Vivanta Ernakulam, Marine Drive

I recently stayed at Vivanta Kochi and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hospitality was warm, welcoming, and truly top-notch. Every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The room was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and offered a beautiful view of the city/backwaters. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities provided.The location is ideal—peaceful yet well-connected to major attractions in Kochi. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, Vivanta Kochi provides a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. I had two nights memorable stay at Taj Vivanta , Marine Drive, Ernakulam from 26th June to 28th June 2025. It was a surprise to see Aravind who recently got transferred from Kumarakom to this Hotel, at check in. The special feature of this Vivanta Ernakulam, Marine Drive is the restaurant where I was able to taste the local delicacies.

The property was placed in the center of Kochi that made it convenient. The beautiful water view from the Vivanta Ernakulam, Marine Drive room made the stay even more pleasant during the monsoon. The breakfast in bubble cafe was awesome with wide varieties of choice. The employees were warm and friendly

Excellent location, nice rooms and comfortable stay! We travelled with our 3year old, the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout! We reached early and the Vivanta Ernakulam, Marine Drive staff accommodated us with early check-in! The view from the room is great! overall great stay!

Property is located at one of the prime location of Marine Drive, very near to high court and the bank of the sea with a harbour view . It’s under renovation but it’s not impacting customer service and peace . Hospitality is typical with an excellent food at night and also during B/F.

The stay at vivanta Ernakulam was great. The breakfast buffet was splendid, comprised of 20 to 25 items approx. The room had a good view of harbour.

Complimentary breakfast spread was good . Hotel staff were friendly and hospitality was great. Private Access to marine drive was great. Location was good and near to VFS global centre. Looking forward to stay again.

Vivanta Ernakulam is a wonderful premium destination with a pocket friendly budget. ambience, staff, location, foods all are superb.

Location is perfect with marine drive view Facility is very supportive, they have offered the room as per my requirement

Stay was fine. Rooms are clean. But there was a slight delay in getting the room although we arrived around 6 pm, and the actual checkin time was 12 pm.

The property is beautiful and the staff is warm and caring makes the stay worthwhile. Keep up the good work team

It was a good overall experience, and the room was clean. However, despite the check-in time being 12 PM, we were made to wait further upon our arrival at 6 PM, which was a bit inconvenient.
