Oswm place. Foo ding but almost aswm staying good location room peaceful area. Staff are friendlyy And helful. Everything good ... Bed and bathrooms are clean. I love the area of hotel. Good hotel for this price

It was an awesome experience.. Although the service was little slow.. There should have been more facilities for food and water.. Unexpectedly the staff members were little less.. Making the service slow.. Some were cooperating.. Rest service was quite assuring.. Location of the guest house is the major issue here.. It's located quite inside the area.. Transportation issue also a major cause.. Need to shift the guest house if possible in a well known place where transportation gets easier..

Room is very poor. I booked one double bedded room with one extra bed (paid Rs. 600 per night for extra bed) but they did not provide the extra bed. The condition of the toilet door and the main room door is very poor. We are unable to lock those doors

It is totally waste of money and we stayed 3 nights there but room was not cleaned. Just one man there. If you have want something from outside you have to take by yourself. How MMT give them a little it is the 2nd time.

Worst experience. In this price we can get a better and a very good location, room, hotel, facilities and everything... Please do not stay here. Wastage of money... WiFi doesn't works... They do not provide food. Bathroom is not clean. The rooms have no keys to lock.. A very bad experience.

Very good cleanliness... - Good, service - good, the position is somehow far from nearest bus or auto stop, if there is nearby auto stop it will be better for the person... Rent is also bearable.. Overall good..

Good, location is hard to find. Suggest to attach glow sign board for easy to find. At present there is a paper print as name plate, no sign board is attached. I think it will help to locate the guest house.

I am happy to stay here. It's safe and clean. You can stay with your family. Even food is good if you check-in at night you can offset food and you don't have I wander outside for food.

Rooms were average, but maintenance was very poor. Service was okay. Food average. Location was very bad, it was located in residential area. Therefore, very difficult to find. Cost is very high compared to the facilities provided. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you're staying in salt lake area.

Difficulty in locating the hotel (actually a house converted into guest house). Staff are friendly but owner who stays in the house is grumpy. No choice of food. You need to order 3 hours before to get it ready. Don expect too much from hotel and please don't book non AC room by mistake also.

Value for money. Location was difficult to find. No board visible outside guesthouse. Room was very clean and bathroom was good. No bad smell. Facilities like tea or snacks should have been there. I had great difficulty finding nearby restaurant because guesthouse is located in residential area.

Worst hotel I have seen in my life poor location poor service food if didn't order you can't have only thing I selected this close proximity to my exam centre I would rate 2//10 unruly staff do not care attitudes

I had booked two rooms in Hotel Crystal Dimora, ad 190, sector-1, Salt Lake but when we reached there we found nothing like Crystal Dimora. Actually there was a guest house named Rose, in which our booking was done, so it was totally bad experience with Makemytrip.

1. Staff is not good. 2. Provide poor room. If you are going to one booking process, then small hotel's(or 3 star) staff provide you poorest room. If you ask to change the room, they will answered you back, "NO MORE ROOM IS AVAILABLE". 3. Food service is also poor. 4. Water whatever they had provided to drink, that is not even drinkable.

The name of hotel is Desert Inn and I can't express the struggle I've made to find the hotel at Salt Lake. No contact no. Is available at the site. This is actually a expensive guest house. The owner demanded Rs. 200/- for early check in(before 2 Hrs. )The food is also very expensive and below average quality. One quarter rice is 65 rupees, one bowl of tasteless Dale fry is 70. Overall worst experience ever felt. Makemytrip should physically verify hotels and their names before enlisting hotel names to the site.

Travel first time to Kolkata but surprised when reached to given address that hotel name is not exist in given add. Even contact person was unable to instruct driver the exact location. Not recommended.

Good experience within this budget. Calm and quiet atmosphere. You should call the guest house if you are new to Salt Lake for appropriate directions. Rooms are clean and big. Staffs were friendly.

Got discount from Makemytrip, so it was a pleasant stay for me. Big rooms and calm environment, big rooms and calm environment. Food was home cooked food, was nice too.
