Its worst experience in my life. I found cockroaches and women used pads at wash room and they didnt provide soap, tooth brush and bath towels

“worst stay and experience ever” i recently stayed at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had. from the moment i arrived, everything seemed to go wrong. the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, and the check-in process was painfully slow. when i finally got to my room, it was dirty and had a strange odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. the amenities were disappointing – the wi-fi barely worked, and the air conditioning was either too cold or not working at all. i also found the noise level unacceptable; i could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and hallway, making it impossible to get any rest. to top it off, the hotel overcharged me for services i didn’t even use, and when i raised the issue, they were completely dismissive and offered no help or apology. i would not recommend this place to anyone. save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

It's not gud don't recommend to anyone. I clearly don't like it. I booked ac room. But that hotel manager gave us to non ac

I have booked for two nights stay, when i check in to the room there is no towels washroom amenities and hot water also not coming not only my room entire hotel like this and the bed and matress is very terrible not comfortable to sleep property didn't change the room and room bed sheet and dhube sheets also very dirty i didn't recommend this hotel for the future

Hi team. I am facing a lot of issues in this hotel. 1. No cleaning. Condom packets are there beside the bed. Informed to the reception but no use. 2. No room service. I have stayed in two days they are not coming for room service. 3. No power backup. Almost daily we need to sit in dark rooms without power. 4. Worst behaviour of employees. They are concerned about only collecting cash from customers. Finally i will give you suggestions please remove this hotel from my trip app otherwise we will remove your app.

No towels, no toiletries, ac not working, tv not working, cockroaches. Do i need to say more

The hotel was booked with breakfast facility. However breakfast was not provided. Amenities had hot water and mineral water, however hot water was stopped after few days. Mineral water was to be purchased and higher rates from hotel.

I have booked this hotel with 2 meals (breakfast and dinner. Faced below problems- 1. They had demanded for extra money as i've book the room with discount on make my trip. After 1 hour's negotiate with mmt team, they allowed me without extra money. 2. I've book with meals but they don't provide dinner not breakfast. Please don't book this hotel with meal plan

Room is good, but not clean, mainly the drawers were literally filled with waste and they didn't bother cleaning them. The wifi is not accessible in the rooms, we need to sit in waiting hall in order to access wiffi. Tv and shower are not working. No drinking water not even 1 complementary water bottle. In make my trip, i have paid extra for breakfast and dinner option, but none of them was provided by hotel management. I even called and spoke, they told everything was available, but in hotel nothing was provided.

Yeah, it was a nice hotel to stay for single person. But the room was unhygienic and coming bad smell and then the receptionists was so rude

not a proper very bad smell I was having no option because i have my interview to find other hotel very bad hotel that is only for couple not a proper service had to call them 4-5 time then also no service is given and AC dosent work nothing is proper

it's not on par with the standards of mmt and oyo in particular. rooms are not managed. bathrooms were broken. no water bottle, no hand wash provided. apart from location which was good and staff its not recommended for family. only bachelors might survive there.
