I am booking this hotel for my business trip with my colleague, I am travelling 180km to reach rhe hotel and late night 11.30pm, no one available in reception and when I am calling reception number person was not pick-up the call and one time he picked the call and he say that he is not MP Residency phone number then some one person going on hotel another room I asked him he give us two room keys and in the room not available bed sheet, ac not working, mosquito also there. Our check in check out not having us during our stay. I am also 5 times complaint via call still not provided my refund. I want a refund 100%. Other than I will complaint another way to this property and MakeMyTrip.

The place is well located on the highway and affordable price. Rooms are not at all clean. Bathroom was very bad. Couldn't sleep due mosquito bites for the whole night. Definitely not for a family
