The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They are always happy to help with any questions and take guests on incredible walks to amazing waterfalls. The staff is a gem and makes tasty food and fantastic tea. The staff's nature and behavior are good, and they are very friendly. The staff and management provide warm and friendly hospitality and make guests feel welcoming and happy.

  The property needs to improve its cleanliness, especially the communal bathroom, which could have been maintained better. The toilet and the cleanliness of the property need to improve a lot. The quilts/blankets were also in really bad condition. The washroom was far away, and the flush wasn't working.
