Very bad experience in the room. Don't choose this place for stay more than 1 day.
In room no TV and no breakfast given as BT in the entrances they mentioned free breakfast full of cheating. I my staying 5 days not given water every day I purchased outside. Bad experience to room in Goa.

Poor facilities, cleanliness and water problem, electricity problem. Breakfast point is very far from the hotel. Very much bad experience was that no facilities for babies also and lastly the place is too far from beaches.

The owner is very professional and knows how to handle the travellers well, he gives the best information for your trip. Although the staff is very good but it becomes difficult for just 2 people to manage everything. There must be more number of staff in the hotel. Also very important thing that there must be a restaurant in hotel which will become very good for the tourist to get food in hotel itself

Overall very good. It was a short stay but enjoyed very nicely. Service was also really very nice. Bathroom was very clean . Breakfast was tasty and was enogh to charge up for our trip . We all liked the Scooty service and enjoyed riding in Goa.

Dear travellers, its a request don't STAY here. This is a very shitty place. 1) this is really in the interior roads 2) you ll feel like staying inside godown/storeroom 3) no drinking water nothing will be given as complimentary, not even shampoo actually there s no staff itself, one person is everything there, he cleans bathroom, he cooks, he s the watch man, and best part is he is UNAVAILABLE all the time 6) the dirtiest place was kitchen. The AWESOMEST PART WAS FOR ALL QUESTIONS HE SAYS "I DON'T KNOW"

Overall it was a good experience. Owner, Mr Visual was very cooperative and understanding. Everything was good except that, one the worker, tanil has very bad attitude towards the guests and I'm mentioning it to bring it to Vishal's notice.

Worst experience, no hot water

Worst experience, no hot water in morning time my family first time had a Bath with cold hot water, no manager Villa owner managing, Bed bugs in the bed and power shut down frequently no power backup. Helpless when in need this owner not available for support. I raised concerns above to this owner for that he replied this is a budget room you will get this facility only you need to bear Bed bugs and no power and less fan speed. I never faced such issue in my life with this experience.

Dark shady rooms, Cockroaches all around. Dirt spilling from AC blades. Definitely not worth staying at this hotel. For the first time felt cheated from MMT. Not only was the room poor but also the actual room rates were much lower than published in MMT. After all those misleading discounts, I still paid more than what the actual room costs, if I had approached the hotel directly. There are many better options available around for the same price. But, don't even think of staying at this hotel
