Royal Cliff Resorts

Location was good. Snacks were great but dinner and lunch was average.Staffs were unable to handle guests nicely even we were unable to feed milk to our children we brought with us. We had to take permission from there head office, very unprofessional behaviour of staff.

Food was not good, cleanliness issue and staff behaviour was not good

Stay was okaish. Road is terrible and i will give this property 3/5 because there is no entertainment, no tv in room and no good food. They sieve egg curry in non veg options and if you are spending good amount so you deserve much better property than royal cliff resort.

The property is amazing and the staff is very kind and very helpful. The food is great, definitely do try cheese maggi, chicken biryani and chilli chicken. Breakfast is also very decent. If you are planning to stay away from nainital crowd at a peaceful location 15km higher with a beautiful stay and total privacy i would highly recommend. Do make sure to park the car at the pangot market, hotel provides taxi for 2km of steep drive would suggest to request for it, unless roads do get developed for the 2km stretch or you have a sports/4wd vehicle. The hotel also provides all services of logistics of goods as per requirement of guests from the nainital city. Overall great experience, also vodafone sms do get very good signal and air-tel won’t have any, however they have great wifi in any case. Make sure to carry a muchnies.

The food and ambience are awesome. The only lacking point is off-roading for 4 km really bad road rest all are fine.

It was a really bad thing to travel by cab because if you want to reach nainital to the resort you have to pay a minimum of 2000 for the cab driver because of the bad road side, other things are okay if you reach the resort then all things fine

It was good property, staff was polite, and food is the best thing about the place, other than the view from the tree house. I suggest the resort owner to maintain the property a little more and could be made more luxurious experience.

This place is heaven on earth. Mini kashmir for me. Best place to stay. Nice hospitality. Superb staff.

The property is situated in a very beautiful location. The view from tree house is superb. The food is so delicious that you feel like finishing every dish placed on table even if there are 10 dishes. Staff is very polite and hospitable. It was a memorable stay and we would definitely revisit.

Spacious cottages, courteous staff and food is awesome. Perfect for a family.

Overall hotel is very good and nice .rooms are neat and clean. But the way of hotel is very difficult . And breakfast , lunch , dinner is awesome 👌

Location was awesome, charming and peaceful. Food was good but little bit costly. Hygiene was properly maintained and no doubt about safety

The best place little far from crowded nainital to get recharged within couple of days.

Nice property good to explore, good food inform them for any special food desires in advance, no one was available after 12 at night
