I stayed at Venice Iva Residency last week and had an excellent experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with good air conditioning. Mr. David is very kind, helping a lot. Booked vehicle with best driver for reasonable fare from kochi to munnar and munnar sightseeing. It is comfortable for family stay. We spent night only, as we explored kochi almost the day time. It is home stay, not luxurious. It is in fort kochi, close to several visiting places and advantage to the explorer. 5

Our stay in the valiyathayil homestay was soo good. The host has been so welcoming and well mannered. Room was so comfy and there's a smoking area in the balcony which is so pretty.

We had a wonderful stay at mr. David's homestay in kochi. He was extremely cooperative and attended to all our needs with great care. His strong local network made everything easily accessible, and when i was unwell, he personally took me to the doctor and pathology. He is very knowledgeable about tourist spots and logistics. A decent, kind, and helpful man. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend staying here! -nishant

Location was close to road and available in google maps. The hospitality was really good. We booked the budget room and the room was clean and well maintained (apart from the bathroom faucet. Food can be ordered from a nearby restaurant who'll order at your place with affordable rate. Fort kochi is very close, have churches nearby. There was only two wheeler parking available (i believe they'll arrange fo parking if you have a four wheeler. Good home stay overall. We didn't use the kitchen, if you want to use the kitchen, ask them well in advance

soloThe room was really good. The host, david was extremely helpful. I stayed for only one night but i got to see a lot of fort kochi. David uncle also helped me with directions to reach the bus stand to catch a bus to somewhere else in kerala. I got to ride a ferry from fort kochi to ernakulam in the process. Great experience!
