Extremely horrible staff asked for extra charges,difficulty in finding the property, unhygienic rooms, not provided withe proper services and amenities overall it was the worst stay ever

It is a terrible place to stay. I went with my wife and 2 kids. After checking in, i found that d ac of my top floor room wasn't working in peak summer. When i reported the same to the manager (mr. Shobhit and mr. Avinash, they showed their unwillingness to help and even misbehaved. They have kept goon managers. I finally had to involve the police. We finally had to shift to another hotel by paying ourselves.

The hotel was very hard to find and no one at the reception picked up our call even after trying several times we were searching the hotel for about an hour in scorching heat. When we finally found it was named differently (vibe hotel) we were given a single room for half of the day because in the other room the ac was not working and the room was very uncleaned and was in a pathetic state we asked them to clean it several time but it was still uncleaned. The staff was uncooperative and it caused us great inconvenience. We paid for 2 room but the four of us had to adjust in a single room but we had to pay the full fare of two rooms. Kindly look into it and consider refunding us for one room.

They dint give me the access in the hotel. They were asking hard copy of adhar which i had not. My money has wasted. I dint give me the money. They dint give me the room

The hotel is very bad. After going to the hotel they ask for extra charges and say no to paying. Go away from here. And the name of the hotel is something else and shows something else

1. Unprofessional and rude staff 2. Receptionist shouted at us. 3. Staff was smoking inside hotel. 4. Unhygenic room 5. No room cleaning service on regular basis.

I stayed for 2 days, however ac was not working from the 1st day. Manager assured to get it repaired the next day, however same was not done. Also room was not cleaned during the next day. Other than that location and interiors of hotel were good.
