Unjustified Charges: The hotel staff demanded and charged more than ₹500 under the title of "variance charges," which was neither mentioned at the time of booking nor explained properly. This is a clear case of overcharging. Rude Behavior: The attitude of the hotel staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. When we tried to reason with them about the extra charges, they were dismissive and discourteous. Unnecessary Fees for Other Customers Too: This seems to be a regular practice at this hotel. Multiple customers have faced similar issues, as can be seen in the Google reviews for this property. I urge you to investigate these recurring complaints.

Nice location but terrible property. Totally dilapidated structure including the room. Thankfully didn't have an occasional to try their service.

Great place to stay a night for the budget. Excellent staff, very helpful and polite. The room was reasonably clean and spacious. Fittings and fixtures are a bit worn out and view of construction from the room is the only con but great find in this budget. Area is full of hotels and restaurants and close to the popular spots in indore.

The location was good and near to the airport and railway station. The name of the hotel appers in the app is townhouse south tukoganj but when we reached there, the name in the front was lords inn. Upon arrival the hotel staff has declined the check in and said that we have booked in a comparatively low price through the app and they have listed it for higher price so they can’t provide check in and we have faced a lot of inconvinience for almost 1. 5 hour fixing the issue bw customer care and property manager. The room was not at all clean. There were leftover food in the cupboard. Washroom was pathetic and smelly. There were spitted marks of paan and gutkha in room and linens were also not clean. There were dampness on the walls. The service really ***** at this hotel. We called someone from reception to pick up the leftover food and no one came. Had to reach out to reception thrice to get the room service done. The owner really needs to maintain a good hygiene and repair the hotel.

1. Booked 2 rooms-hotel denied check-in asking for double money, almost waited 1. 5 hours with kids on road. (mmt support helped me on the same issue) 2. Service was worst. 3. Hotel staff was very rude, ignorant, irresponsible. 4. Thanks to mm t support staff as they helped us resolving the issue at earliest.

They make us fool, i pay full of payment for two roos and when we reached to hotel ye change the turns, hotel gives us only one room and charges 500 rs extra,

Property room situated in mid of city hygiene not ok and staff behavior not up to date they not provide any drinking water in room force to early checkout

Cleanliness is very good, affordable price, property is at prime location which is exactly the city center, good room service and hospitality. Nearby there are good eateries like gurukripa restaurant and chotiwala restuarant. Very close to railway station and sarwate bus stand. Famous treasure island mall is just walking distance. Rajwada market is also near.
