thare are no Room service ,hygiene, No room tv, bathroom was full dirty, with yellow shades, never ever try & stay worst experience

Very poorly maintained building ...gutkha mark everywhere...poorly lit...not maintained any furniture or bathroom....only dripping water in tap...and that too is leaking...only good thing was AC Was working properly..no recommended at all.

It was good. the location is pretty reachable and it is good with the big shopping mall and cinepolis in the next building.

I have stayed one night with two family members. No bucket and mug in the bathroom. Flush was not working

we booked our stay @ surat last week, but we were disappointed for hotel

Ac was not working properly. Even during power cut, water stopped coming in the bathroom. Rest all was fine.

Worst experience. Can we get a refund for 1 day no proper room service no water coming in tap no lift working

The rooms which were shown on MakeMyTrip were totally different. The price of the hotel was very high compared to rooms. I booked the deluxe room, but they gave me normal rooms stating that all other rooms are full, and even didn't extended me the time. I reached hotel at 6pm, and they have given me room at 11pm.

But nice trip

I was hear for office work and the hotel is o n very good location, and room is little small but neat and clean, staff is also very cooperative. So overall i rated 5/4. 5

Room was very unhygienic and old. The beds were filled with wood germs and it got transported to my body while sleeping. Really a terrible experience.

Its a nice property and the management has changed from before. Well maintained and kept in good shape. The staff is nice and provides the requested items on priority. The rooms are clean, no marks on wall and the window side is specially well lit.

Good facility compared to charges

Hotel was not good and not supportive at all, after my check in- i went out to my work meeting when i came i saw someone else used my room behind me. Although my all stuff was at room. So that hotel not recommended for anyone. Worst experience

Fraud hotel, they told us that your room is cancel-led and than we complained it after 1hour they gave us hotel at 3pm and next day they told us to check out at sharp 11am

Found cockroaches in the room. Also found stains on my bedsheet and pillow. Awful experience. Worst hotel that i have ever stayed in.

1. Management is polite 2. Room is clean 3. Washroom is neat 4. Staff is humble 5. Location is accessible

It was not good , room was not looking good , plate and spoon was not clean , not worthy at all , got late service

No kitchen service.
