They denied to give room as i booked via mm t. The manager in the front desk claimed that he hadn’t registered in mm t. He demanded to take a room separately by paying 1, 800 -. When i showed him that have booked and paid the amount of 980 via mmt, he asked me to initiate a refund. Please take an immediate action against such traps as i was in emergency situation i paid his charge and took the room. Please initiate a refund to my account.

1. It's at the end of a residential colony and doesn't have OYO banner outside hence very difficult to locate. 2. Nothing available within 1.5 km of vicinity. No food, not even tea available at the hotel. 3. Food to be ordered online. You need to manage with only a paper plate, no cutlery available at hotel. 4. Cleanliness is average. 5. No power backup. 6. TV working but no channels ( Tata Sky subscription expired) I have shared my experience, rest your decision.
