Stayed here for a night. Room was clean and well maintained. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Location made it easy to get around the city. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re visiting Mangalore!

it was a very good experience in my opinion apart from not having a mini refrigerator and also didnt had brush and paste but it was alright, the service was good like i ordered food online and the staff got my food to my room and hospitality was also good, clean water, toilet etc...

the stay was good , however the only draw back or missing thing was good breakfast, unlike other hotels where we have a cafeteria, we can sit relax and eat breakfast of our choices, here there was nothing of that sort , room service was excellent, and they didn’t have hair dryer too rest all was good 👍 hope next time when we plan at shama grand hotel we expect those missing pieces covered , thanks 🙏

The experience wasn’t great. They tried giving us a smaller room with no amenities first. After confronting them they moved us to the actual room we paid for. It was a terrible experience. The rooms are very average and the doors don’t lock. Not choosing this hotel again for my stay

But would like to mention the room that you had booked was an Executive room, normally designed for single occupancy guest. We have a queen sized bed in the executive room and king size beds in Deluxe room. And we have mentioned both room size [ Sqre ft] and bed size in the app. Would kindly suggest to check all the information before booking.
