Very bad experience. Room booked with breakfast but they don’t provide breakfast. Room was provided standard in place of superior as i booked. Reception staff behaviour is very bad. They don’t want to listen anything. amenities are zero. Service is very poor also. Food is not there. Cleanness very bad. Too may cokrauch in room also. Ever guest was feel very unhappy to book that hotel. Cancelation and money option not available.

It is good, pleasant stay, all staff good, room clean, pool clean, we with my family had pleasant stay.

My experience at Sea Sapphire was quite good. The place is very convenient and located near many attractions. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very polite.

I am staying here for 2 nights n 3 days but in their certain period No one came and cleaning the room (it has so called time period) Hotel provide scooter,bike or car for travelling but it's costly I Booked Bigger size room for 3 people but he gave too much smaller room food is not tasty, so much oil is used Telephone is not working Staff are Good Toilets& bathrooms are clean and mattresses are good AC is working, also TV is with free wifi

I found this property at make my trip the location is good service are great and the food is awesome on next trip i'll visit again.

We paid full amount before one month during checkin they refused to give room and told sold out no rooms available and refer low quality another property. We went group of ladies they don't even consider and behave rudely and you can complain anywhere. Very worst experience in goa

A decent place to stay near the market and beach. Most of the shops and beaches are 2 km radius. Room service and dining can be improved.

We booked 3 rooms and on arrival they have only 2 and the images are not at all matching as well as breakfast. One of the worst hotel experiences in goa and not at all suggested.

We booked two rooms and were given an apartment with only one washroom. The pool is nothing like in the photos, not maintained or clean

Staff - courteous, good people, polite and supportive maintenance - needs further improvement room service - can be better swimming pool - to be maintained better overall a decent stay. Close to calangute beach.
