Poor experience , There is no arrangement of kit in room Like teabags bag, Fridge is there, but not workable, There is no additional chair desk in room, Bathroom tiles, so dirty, Towel and bed sheets are not so clean. There is no arrangement for buffet like dinner and breakfast. Only you will get selected item as per their menu one or two item. Dinner and breakfast are included in our package, but while we reaching our hotel, there is no such arrangement.

Good hotel but food price was too high charge 200 for an egg curry contains two eggs and most ferocious was they charge 35 for one handmade atta roti. Apart from that staff behaviour was good room was awesome room service was awesome

The bed was not comfortable ac was not working bedsheet were torn

Good Stay at the hotel close to dimma lake. The staff was good The food was also good Arrangements are also good

The hotel staff and the facilities were good. But the price was a bit high compared to facilities given.

Location is prime as per the requirement, However food was decent not that great. Amenities and service were also okay for the price paid

Location is good. Not premium service even bath kit wasn't given. Car parking space is very good. Room is manageable.

Behavior of the staffs are nice, room service, room facilities all are good but price of the food items are high. Overall its nice. Rooms and bathroom is very neat and clean. Some food prices are slightly high but the food quality is good.

They lost my id card which i gave them during checkin. And when i asked them back during checkout. They are telling me they already “may had” returned it back.

Location of the hotel is very good, particularly for overnight stay at jamshedpur en route to other destinations along the way. But service is not very good. Food is average. But buffet breakfast is good. Rooms are not up to standard for a longer stay. For a short halt, it is tolerable.

The res-truant is good both food and ambience. Rooms are goods. Staffs are less and the waiters also. All over a good experience.

Hotel was good, and its amenities also. Staff also good only thing which i don't liked was, i arrived hotel at 7:30pm on 6th march and they asked me to checkout at 11:00 am morning on 7th march. This experience was really very bad.

Location is fine but there are few issues. I have booked deluxe but there were no facility of tea preparation in the room and restaurant service was so poor that not ready to provide tea before 7. 30 am

Food was awesome hotel room are clean

Pros: 1. Location: it is located just beside the highway. So reachability is great. 2. Well behaved staffs: all the hotel staffs and the manager are well behaved. 3. Food: the food available here is delicious. 4. Cleanliness: the room, toilet and bed all are clean and tidy. 5. View : the view from the window of room was beautiful. Cons: 1. Food delivery: food delivery is slow. You may not get food at night if the hotel is booked for a party. 2. Room size: dulux room is not big. It is just enough for two people.

I was shocked with the amount of power cuts and the lack of ice cubes in summer time. Otherwise excellent service and really well behaved staff
