manager is good but it's located in God forsaken place , very difficult to reach Very arrogant restaurant serving staff morning the manager said , they are squirrels they are big in size so the sounds , OMG 😲 They cooked all the dishes we ordered but added some half spoon of sand in every item ! May be for easy digestion! Horrible experience in short .

The Niramaaya, Thekkady stay was excellent. The food was great. It's in a very good location and environment. This is a good property for those looking for a calm and pleasant environment. There were zero disturbances. The staff was very friendly. Very view for Sunset. I really enjoyed.

Very Poor condition of the Property. Damaged furniture and amenities. Rooms have a lot of bugs and cosmetic condition of the rooms are very poor. The Pool floor is completely damaged and tiles are coming. The waiting staff is never present and have to be called and recalled various times to attend. The Reception is never manned due to which nobody attends Room Service of any kind.

property location is amazing. You would enjoy Nature's symphony. if you love to be with nature Niramaya is the right place. food is delicious 😋 service staff is very gentle and fast service. scenic beauty at poolside is wonderful 👍

First of the location of the hotel itself gives a bad impression. By the time you reach this resort passing through that rough patch you feel exhausted. Really pathetic access to the resort. Resort owner should consider this seriously otherwise he will loose quiet number of customers. Coming to the resort part: it is exceptional though there are few drawbacks which can be neglected. Food is again an attraction. Cook is awesome. They should have constructed something for children to play. Overall a good stay

Property is too small for the amount paid. Pool was not so clean. Property is not maintained neatly. Room size is also small for 8000 rupees.

The stay was excellent. Clean rooms. Space was also ok. The food was average. The receptionist did exceptionally well. The restaurant is small and pure order required for lunch and dinner. Low buffet options. May be due to the restricted number of rooms /guests. All was excellent except a few foods.

The resort is a pretty old property. Although maintained pretty well, we faced a lot of issues. We had around 4 rooms booked, however the staff did not allocate them together. They were quite far apart and the ascent to rooms on top were quite tedious, especially for my parents. Also, the property is quite small in size compared to the others, which is quite disappointing considering the fact that it's very far from town and the road that leads to it is a very bad shape. Another point to note that is the fact that we expect more courteous and helpful staff from a resort of this stature. The dinner although quite tasty, took a lot of time to be prepared and they do not provide a buffet option.

Nice location inside forest. One should opt this place if looking to go away from city hastle. Humble staff makes stay peaceful.

Had a pleasant stay with family at niraamaya retreats. Everything was great at this resort nested within a peaceful environment. The room was spacious and clean; the bed was extremely comfortable. The quality and taste of the food was amazing special mention about the amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. Thank you to for the wonderful memories

Best place to stay in thekkady. We can hear bird sounds. Rooms and facilities are ultra luxury. Nice sit out to have tea and snack. Must stay place for nature lovers

Niraamaya provided a memorable staycation with my family. The road to reach the resort is not good just like most of the other resorts. The staff were very courteous and ready to help. Food was tasty but more expensive as expected. The pool is pretty decent and clean. It would be nice if they had a kids play area and a shallow pool.

We had bqd air which smelled like a damaged septic tank

This is a small resort but it is is too good for relaxing your mind and body, the sound of birds, crickets and rain was heavenly, early morning is the best part to roam around the resort and enjoy the weather and natural surroundings, spa is good, a super clean swimming pool has a beautiful view is, rooms are very good looking, maintains privacy and very comfortable, staff are cooperative, this resort is around 6 kms from kumily market the last 2 kms to reach resort is little narrow and without car it is little tough to reach there but the location is very beautiful. If you love to stay in natural surroundings and want to relax then this resort might be a very good choice, make my trip's rating made me to book this resort and i was not disappointed

Hotel hospitality is good but brakefast and dinner timing is very less. So increased the timings. The location of hotel very far and road is also not good. But overall hotel stay is excellent

No buffet in breakfast. Room not upto the mark.
