The hotel is in the outskirts of dharamsala (approx. 6-7 km downhill. If you don't have personal vehicle you'll find it hard to go to the naini city everyday. Rooms aren't upto the mark.

The hotel charged 300 rupees for early checkin whereas we just dropped by to take shower and wanted to leave in less than 1 hour. They didn’t had towel and other toiletries available and when asked they provided really dirty towel. Water heater was not working and you don’t really want to take shower in the ice y water. Overall washroom was not clean. Not recommend!

Clean and large room. Service is also good. Restaurant food is tasty. Excellent view from balcony.
View is amazing. Rooms are large and very comfortable.
