KL7 Hotel & Banquets

location is very far. There is no restaurant. Toiletries were not upto standard. Not suitable for business stay

The staff was good. The breakfast was ok ok only. Room was not as they show in picture. Room was not that clean. Extra bed was like stone, and the extra blanket was dirty. Bed blanket got black stain.

Its a nice place. Very helpful and cooperative staff. Location of hotel is fine. Would like to recommend.

Location is deep in side street however near ganga ghat, food not good even pane-er was bad in taste when complained the owner himself took action and feel sorry for the items and didn’t charge. Staff was cooperative. As i am frequent traveler and didn’t want to criticise as owner himself took action and assure not to repeat again, but actual true review was important, so i leave rest to travelers to decide themselves.

Accommodations is very good and worth to pay but complementary is not fulfilled understood for few people you may not provide more items, but we paid for that i suggest even one person you may full fill with best

1. Interiors very good, 2. Good air central conditioning, 3. Clean and nice wash room, 4. Good banquet halls, 5. Polite and helpful staf

We stayed at kl7 for 3 days and we enjoyed our stay. The food was was good and the staff was extremely helpful. The hotel also has beautiful green property

It would be better to train staff more. They expect rewards for every small thing they are asked to do. Obviously the person staying at such a nice hotel would pay the staff. But asking money upfront before the work being performed, is annoying. Over all i would give 8 out of 10

The hotel is located near judicial academy and is a good place to relax. Big lawn, good food and nice room service. Provided early check in. The only backdrop is that that it is a bit pricey. Tariff could have been around 2-2. 5k rather than what was charged around ie 3. 5 k.

This was my first stay at this hotel, but I have previously stayed in several hotels in Patna. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and large, and it is very good value. I think the hotel is a gem and it gets my full recommendation.

Hotel is good but a bit overpriced as compared to services provided. Staff was polite and helpful. Food is expensive, they should reduce food prices for guests. There were no refrigerator inside room. So had to manage with warm like drinking water. Location wise good but hard from Airport as no taxi want to go there citing congested roads. Room rent is overpriced as compared to other hotels in Patna. Enjoyed my trip and would like to go to this Hotel again, hopefully if they consider my suggestions.
