Kings Crown Salt Lake

Location was very good. Food does not have much option to explore and eat. We ordered from Swiggy. Service staff is very limited. 2 to 3 persons managing the entire hotel. Rooms are very small in size.

they are asking me to pay more during check out... they havent provide me anything

Location is not pleasant, and the geyser was not working, The issue with Rooms Lights half of them were not in working condition. It's not worth spending this much money on this place.

Room stay was okay and good enough but the provided services and amenities were not good at all. Even the basis amenities were mentioned in booking were absent like basic hygiene in room and toilet etc. Tissue is also not there for dusting table before having food, Dental kit were provided only after asking and many more regading the amenities need to improve.

Half of the things mentioned about the hotel is not there. They don't provide any fridge/ hair dryer/ dental kit/ electronic safe/ slippers any many more things they have claimed. They don't have geyser for hot water. Very slow service and severely understaffed. Regarding the extra mattress, from the beginning they kept on saying the room is very small, it will be difficult for you. They wanted to upgrade to executive room right from entering their premises. Atlast they provided the mattress at 10:30 night. Initially they said for dinner we can order till 9:30. When we called at 8:50 to order, they said the cheff is not ready to cook any more as he has already cooked a lot that day. They wanted us to order via Zomato. They don't even have an intercom telephone at rooms. Very bad amenities. But the reception staff was polite but services were very slow and not upto mark.

The food and quality is very good. The staff and their behaviour are so good. The quality of stay and room cleanliness are also good. I recommend this hotel because the low price service is top notch and the rooms are also.

i booked delux room amd i stayed 2 more days. but Room was small like classic room. also Staff behavior was too bad not supportive. and I shift next day to Another hotel . will never recommend to all.

I had a stay of 5 days at Kings Crown Salt Lake. Had booked Executive room. Rooms were really spacious, neat and clean. Behaviour of all the staff was very nice especially of Manager and Reception guys. In short, I liked the stay and hospitality.

overall a very good experiance with good staff response. excellant service from the staff, excellant in cleanliness. Although the location is not that great but the hotel is A+

The hotel was very conveniently located near sector five. the staff was friendly.I'm helpful because I was new to the city. the rooms were neat and clean and whenever I require assistance room service was available.
