Hotel Shambhala Resort

Nice property, calm & cozy. Staff is good. Room are quite big, not like other concrete properties. The best is rooms are garden facing. No block rooms

We forgot a few important things at the room, and they refused that they have got anything. They didn't return our pendrive and other few things that we forgot accidentally. Room was terrible. Absolutely ruined our Leh visit. No view, forget garden view. Restaurant serves tasteless costly food.

The room given to us was pathetic. No garden view, actually no view at all. All we could see is a ton of garbage from the window. Smelly, dirty and with zero amenities. The restaurant at the hotel is quite costly and serves tasteless oily food. Very bad experience.

Room quality is very bad specially the regular rooms and room service is also very bad no towel available on room no water bottles nothing its just only the room you will get

We informed at the reception about our early check out, but there was no provision for hot water. Had to take shower with bone chilling water at 5 in the morning.

Location is close to city but calm. Scenic surroundings. Staff very polite and sober. Food is excellent. Services are prompt. If you compare amenities and comfort with economy, this is one of the best option in leh.

The rooms did not have a working heater, there were no charging points, food was v average the service was slow

We really really enjoyed the stay at the Shambhala Resort. Staff especially Manager Ram was very humble and helpful. We would definitely love to stay in future trips to leh, also we definitely recommend this resort to family and friends 😊 👍🏻

Great value, comfortable stay, the staff was very polite and courteous, easy to find. Food was average. Overall was a good experience

While our group went gore buffet dinner, we noticed bunch of hairs in rice. Terrible resort. Hygiene not maintained. No tissue papers in bathroom. No towels. Worst stay ever

The hotel is in a very quite cool location ; best if you like a comfortable place away from the noise and hustle bustle of the city. It has a very nice garden dotted with many tall trees. Neat and clean room with very courteous staff. Ideal for spending leisurely times. They serve very simple but delicious food.

At a time when leh is overbooked, this hotel was running empty - old building, not well maintained, dull rooms no buffet breakfast but aloo paratha was good

Front desk not upto mark. Poor house keeping. Food is the main short coming. It was not available unless you order in advance and choice was very limited
