Property was fine! Reception staff was good! Facd isues with kitchn staff when we went for breakfast

The stay was amazing. The place is clean and serene in itself. The drawback is - it is slightly away from the main market, so you have to walk/take a cab to market if you feel like chilling. Although the serenity and peace you feel there is due to the fact of it being away from crowd.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is a beautiful and well maintained property. The rooms are huge with luxurious bathrooms. Also, the staff is extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommended stay!

The property is beautiful. The staff is very humble, helpful and caring. But it is over priced, i payed 9000- per day per room which i don’t think is worth it. The property can really improve on its a la carte and room service which is very slow. Though the food was good

Worst ever stay. The bathrooms were stinking smell. Food was worse. The manager had the worst hospitality vibes. Didnt even feel like a guest there. I would rather throw my money than stay there. Pathetic experience

The place is at a great location, you can see all the mountains and some glaciers. The rooms are impeccably clean and cozy. The front office staff is very nice and helpful. They helped us with renting motor bike, getting permits for sight seeing, and they guided us with tackling altitude sickness as well. The waiters and waitresses were also very hospitable. Overall we had a 5/5 experience.

Property is beautiful, silent and calm. Staff is the best that we came across in leh. Services were super quick.

The stay was excellent. All the staff were friendly and provided prompt service. The reception staff were kind enough to give advise on how we can plan the trip and sight seeing do 's and don'ts. They even packed breakfast on the day of early morning plans for longer sight seeing places. I haven't seen any hotel staff being kind enough to take care of well being during our travel plan. I would definitely recommend this for any family or people travel-ling in groups. Ambience is great and hygienic place.

Location- little far from main market. Food - the food was very good. All type of food was available the buffet was also good. The staff was friendly. Amenities- it is one of the best.

Very friendly staff. Helped me with booking bike. Staff were extremely helpful and didn’t try to exploit you if you don’t know things around.

The room and view was truly amazing. The balcony was so spacious and well maintained that we had an amazing time with the most breathtaking views of the valley.

The property is newly built. It is readily beautiful and the locations is also very easy for commute. It’s like 15 mins from airport and probably 7-10 mins from main market. The hotel provides your free pickup on request. The food is really good as per leh standards. We had fried rice manchurian gravy, dal tadka, sandwich, juice, chicken curry and nans.
