Good stay but location is not good and is located around 600 meter from the main road

Attitude of the manager was not up to the mark. Also, the driver that they arranged charged extremely high after dropping us to the airport. Garden was very pleasing. The food was nice.
Room service was good.
Washrooms were small sized and the ventilation for the room was only the exhaust of the washroom and it was directed towards the corridor.

A concoction of good and disappointing

Accommodation - We booked a suite and it was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable Service - No room service, which is surprising for a hotel that calls itself a 4*. The staff in the restaurant is amazing: friendly and professional. The manager could do with a little more amicability. Facilities - We had a mini-refrigerator, kettle and hair dryer in the room. The Wi-Fi was pathetic though. Weak signal and slow internet. Didn't work on the second day at all. Location- A little off grid

Location is far from main market. Rooms are nice and clean. Food was average. Staff was very cooperative. Travel desk provide us cab service with good driver. WiFi was good at reception. Overall it was good stay.

Hotel staff including General manager was very rude and uncourteous. Food was just rubbish. You can loose your hunger over 2-3 days. No room facilities even after taking so much money.

Hospitality was very poor, manager did not keep his promise of taxi charges. Charged extra for just stopping in market for sometime, driver drove very rashly. Meet with a collision on way to Nubra Velly. Even then did not learn any again drove rashly to Pangong lake. Thank GOD back home safe.
