Hotel O Platinum Inn

This is not a hotel, it's a hut. You have to climb with your suitcase a series of stairs the person on the reception is probably a minor from the nearby slum. There is no concept called room service. The hotels phone number is not listed on google or makemytrip so the only way to cancel or talk is by reaching at the hotel with person who looks like a minor. The rooms are dingy with low light. There are no corner tables or chairs. The room had only one low level bed which and walls that are tarnished by moisture and have it's colour coming out from all places. It's dirty. The showers and wash basin metal fitments are corodded and unhygienic. I slept fora few hours she checked out as early as i can because it was scary and i couldn't bear myself using the any of their facilities. Avoid this hotel at every cost. The only reason to book it is if you don't have anything to lose in life and only want to sleep there for a night.

Tv not working, no hot water gizar, very dirty, wallpaper coming out, mosquitoes, rats, toilet water comes only in one tap, wash basin no water, practically no room service.

Its horrible experience. don't want to any one stay this hotel yuk i feel very dirty in this hotel.

Service was not proper, no independent parking, even i am book for including breakfast but hotel management denied to serve breakfast. Even water geyser also not working conditions, please don’t book this hotel.

I stayed for 2 days in the hotel. The hotel was neat and clean. Staffs were cooperative and well-behaved. Over all a nice place to stay.

Foul smell in the bathroom. You cannot stand in it for a second also. Polish smell in the room. During the stay smell in the room was a major concern. Else would give 3 stars. As the mattress was normal and the ac was working fine. The pillow covers were not clean.

It's fine and very nice, comfortable.
