Hotel O Luxe Villa

At the time of Booking reception person asked for extra money even after booking from MMt. Toiletries were not available.

room at MakeMyTrip was booked. when I reached at hotel at 1am they refused to give room and told me if u want room then charge is 1200 rs . At 1 am i was left with no option apart from paying 700rs more. I told will report to MakeMyTrip they told u r free to do as their room charge is 1200 and MakeMyTrip is booking it at low price to grab market. they were very open that u complain to anyone they are ok with it. if this is what makes my trip partner hotel does what accountability and trust would be left for MakeMyTrip . I booked hotel based on MakeMyTrip trust . Guys please don't trust hotels showed on MakeMyTrip as they change price when u show at their hotel. imagine torture of finding at room at 1 am. Zero star for this hotel

Property is okk according to price . Room was little small but it is acceptable . Overall stay was nice

They don’t have parking but mentioned it, room service is bad. The staff are non responsive , rooms were not even getting locked properly

I loved the room facilities. The bed was cozy, the lighting was great, and the room was well-equipped. The bathroom was large and fully stocked with amenities.

Everyone in my family enjoyed our stay. The rooms are large and have plenty of space to store our belongings.

I was locked in washroom inside. Not able to open door 30 min then i called them. They opened room door from inside and then they opened. In basin food was stuck of previous guest. I saw hair on bed. Hope this is enough

The environment was wonderful, the service was excellent, and the furniture was fantastic during our week-long stay.

They have allocated us the room exactly at 12. 00 and there is no hot water in the room. I opted for breakfast but they said no breakfast in the hotel. Can you refund my breakfast money

Good hotel staffs, clean hotel. But i booked for with breakfast, classic room. But originally they dont have kitchen only. When i asked, staff asked me to call customer care. Otherwise overall good stay

Worst experience ever smelly washroom no mineral waters they told us to upgrade room as rooms was full also no breakfast provided no kitchen all fake amenities

The rooms are neat & clean, comfortable bed tv and wifi working fine. The location was good near the metro station
