Due to your poor marketing gimmick, we as family terribly had last night stay in srinagar. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child in city star hotel srinagar. Whereas due to your poor policy as confirmed by hotel owner, a room for only 2 adults was booked. Your terrible poor professionalism nearly ruined our kashmir trip.

Bad and small rooms, ruff beddings. Very cheap hotel bathrooms also too small and very old. Bad experience.

hygienic, good 👍 economic price room at lal chowk, in sri nagar, public transport are available near by the hotel.

It is budget hotel basic amenities. Washroom is small. But location is near to lal chowk, staffs are very cooperative and supportive.

Hotel location is very near to main market and lal chowk to roam around. Room size was just to accommodate and toilet was at upper level from bedroom. Also the lift is not there, so may be frustrating to go to 3rd floor. The positive thing is that the hotel owner is gentleman and is of jolly nature, so you will find stay as cool. Need to improve on room size and electric charging points.

Very good location of the hotel, on the central lal chowk which makes nearby places and market walkable. The host is super friendly and even helped me plan my travel in kashmir. Adequate cleanliness and amenities maintained for a comfortable stay.

Don't like the stay as service is poor. Also property is not comfortable either. Behavioral wise don't comparative as well.

Rooms could be made warm throughout the stay since it is cooler for people coming from south and they should not have to pay additional service for heating. Just like how ac are provided in summer places heaters should be provided in winter places

The hotel city star is centrally located with ease of accessibility in the midst of busy market place. The property is well maintained inside and outside having an easy identifiable look outside and a esthetic one inside. The rooms are clean, airy, well lit and provided with electric blankets during winter season. The whole of internal environment is ambient and refreshing. The staff is highly hospitable, courteous and respectful, taking care of each and every guest like a family. All the time the food has been found fresh and tasty and is being served with smile and dignity. The owner of the establishment is a thorough gentleman, humble, helping and kind human being. Hotel located in best location near lal chowk. Staff is very polite and behaved politely. Owner is very supportive. Overall hospitality is up to the mark.
