Road was very bad.... ok

Terrible experience, booked for ac room also paid the high amount. But even fan was not functioning properly fan getting switch off after every 20 sec, not slept whole night. My whole family suffered.

The worst thing about this hotel is its location. This is very difficult to reach this hotel nowadays because the laxman jhula is closed. I had to walk at-least 3 to 4 kms because there was no conveyance available to reach this hotel from the bus station. We book two rooms and my family placed a lot of difficulties in reaching this hotel. This hotel should provide transportation until l the construction of laxman jhula is not completed. One should be careful that it is ramjhula which is main tourist hub. However this hotel is situated nearby laxman jhula. The other negative point about this hotel is its check out time which is 10 am. Most hotel which i stayed has check out time of 12. 00 noon and they give relaxation of half to one hour. We had booked two rooms for two nights and had reached about 04. 00 pm but the hotel guy asked us to leave at 11. 00 am on the he check out day. There is no service provided by the hotel except giving you the keys of the rooms. There was no one at the reception most of the time. The rooms were spacious but the cleanliness was below below average. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel in this price range.

The hotel owner will ask you if you need hot water or ac even if you have paid for an ac room with geyser. He will control the switch on/off if geyser from the reception area. You will get hot water only if you request else he will manipulate the controls to ensure geyser/ac is switched off. No freedom to use basic amenities you have paid for. Also only 1 geyser supports 2 bathrooms, which means you are dependent on your neighbouring room for hot water. If they are using it, you are not going to get hot water. Moreover, when asked for one extra blanket, they gave it after much denial. Pathetic stay. Typical age-old hotel behaviour. Owner is a miser and manipulative. Does not allow you to use freely what you have paid for.

This hotel is one of the worst place to stay in rishikesh. You can find 100 times better place at half the price.

Nice and clean rooms. Very near to lakshman jhula. Easily accessible. Nice view from hotel. Hotel staff was very good and supportive.

The owner and the help are really good and very helpful. View from the hotel is awesome. I loved it.

Location is a little inside but nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice Ganga view from rooftop. Seemed a little expensive to me as there are many hotels around with lesser cost also. Suggestion: don't carry lot of luggage as hiring a cab/taxi is costly, roaming around Laxman Jhula by foot is recommended. Overall a very nice stay.

Little far from Rishikesh. Almost in the middle of jungle.

The hotel is good with nice and clean rooms. The washroom is also hygienic. The only problem is the location. I wish it was just close to the main road.

Cons: Entry/approach road is terrible. No lift. No toiletries except a small soap. Phone does not work. No food (except morning tea without biscuit at extra cost). Pros: Staff(s) are helping/good, gives you things on demand if they have it. Ganga ghat for bathing and Laxman Jhula is nearby.

Happy with the Hotel and staff. But the location was very difficult to find. And it's too far from the Bus Station.

This hotel works well if you are traveling in a group of friends. It's not ideal for old people as the hotel has no restaurants and also the hotel is situated in a very congested area. It has no view and gives you a claustrophobic feeling. The good part is, laxmanjhula is pretty nearby. Not recommended if you are traveling with older family members.
