Please avoid this hotel

We stayed in the hotel from 29th July to 01st August 2018. There was no service at all. We checked in the morning and breakfast was not ready even till 10 o`clock. The excuse was "there is a Puja today". On the second day they were asked to arrange for a car at 8 o`clock in the morning ,but due to their internal confusion the car arrived at 9 o`clock.On the second day the rooms were not cleaned at all. Our rooms were dirty and shabby. When reminded about this ,they said the cleaners have left for the day. We had to beg them for a dustbin,so that old filled one could be replaced. The worst thing was that they retained my driving license for taking a photocopy but had forgotten to return to me. I had to run from post to pillar and literally begged them for couriering the same to at my home address. The hotel was poorly staffed. The same guys had to run from the room service to the restaurant. Bunch of unapologetic unprofessional .Please avoid this hotel.

This is very nice property excellent rooms and service . Location is good. Only suggestion please make your breakfast better . Just keeping bathura channa and sandwich, with no curd doesn't suit the overall hotel quality . I recommend this property and would love to stay again .

It was really a nice experience to stay here. I would like to stay here again if I would ever be in the same city. Room was awesome, beyond the pics which was displayed during booking generally it does not happen with other hotels.
