Dreamz Inn & Suites

They gave us a terrible room which had some old furniture. And it was probably a family room with an attached door between two rooms. They just locked that door. And because of that door, we could hear voices of people in the room next to us. It was very disturbing. We could not sleep properly. We asked for another room and they said they don’t have any room left. It was a terrible experience. And the AC was making a lot of noise. It was such a waste of money and time.

Wrong instruction given by manager may be his name is atul gupta and very mis behaving person recommend to change his position he is not capable

room service is very poor. spa services terrible price in spa very high and service just third class

location is convenient, parking is ample hotel is good rooms are good staff is friendly

It was a great experience staying at Ramada .. a comfortable stay and well managed rooms .. staff is very supportive .. food is also good ..

Lost purse not recovered

They charged me extra, which I didn’t find fair, and also they didn’t replace daily-use items like shampoo or body wash, which caused me a lot of inconvenience. The room itself was average, but because of these issues, I faced problems

Stay was exellent but for food most of the items NA so I suggest If you want to eat something, then eat outside.

Great ambience but there are two problems one led tv not work properly and the breakfast taste is not good but there is lot of variety but not so tastey

It was a very bad experience — water was leaking in the room, which caused my laptop to get damaged, and all the belongings in my bag were also ruined.

The property food was nice.

Room as well as washroom was very clean, everything was nice at its place, we got room at third floor with excellent front view. Food was also good, staff was polite and generous. Parking was well enough. We had excellent experience at Dream Inn. We would love to stay again at this property in our next trip to Chandigarh in coming winters.

hotel staff was amazing but they provide us the room after 2:45 PM almost 45 minutes of delay. Hairdryer not working in one room . Room was clean and spacious.

I also want to give a special shout-out to the staff, who were incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. It's not often you find such warm hospitality – they truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay, I’d highly recommend Dreams Inn and Suites. Definitely exceeded my expectations!
