Worst service from the management. The hotel was shut, when they found that they have an booking they responded. Prior we called them wait for the location which was verily difficult to find. MMT representative help us to find the exact location. Nobody knows there is a hotel by that name.

I have booked two double bedroom, Booked room not given, alternate room arranged, asking additional money, spoken with MMT customer care 30mins, not pick up the phone, I call the hotel more than 10 times, hotel location is not clear, worst experience.

Very poor in all the points. There is no zero rating otherwise I would have given points for it. The booking was on urgert basis only but the horrible experience with this hotel. Never ever go here. Waste of money in terms of services. With the help of customer service MMT, atleast I got the chance to get a room there o/w.
