The next day after booking on mmt I got added on 2 different groups with at least 5 unknown people. So me n my family’ privacy went zero. Then a lady from their call centre called me to ask our for aadhar to be sent before arrival to which I told her that we will provide id when we arrive. Then she sent me a document one day before our arrival which said no pets allowed- I specially chose this property bcoz on mmt it showed pet friendly and we were travelling with our pet when I told her that this can not be right then she called back and said pet is allowed. Then she told me that i will have to pay 7-8 k as security upon arrival for any breakage/damage which will be refunded after 4-5 says of checkout i agreed on it as I had no option (full payment was made for stay already). On arrival I asked my husband to make video before we or our dog enter the cottage rooms, to make sure that they dont put blame on us of any previous damage to the property. And we were right, as soon as caretaker saw we are making video he said it is okay and we dont need to pay security amount at all. The doors of cottage do not have locks. Almiras dont lock, not a single kundi works properly on any of the doors, there was not running hot water on upper floor of cottage I had to take bath with freaking cold water. I am attaching pics of torn and shattered doors through which at night cold wind were passing and making noise. Staff was courteous and respectful. They made good food as well. But there was no security on property 3 passer by men came upstairs from back door and knocked on our room and asked madam room kahan se book hoga i got scared to gut and told them i dont know and that they should check with staff. Main gates were always open.

Whenever you plan to vist bhimtal this is the best stay where you can plan .. this has every dam quality which you look in air bnb .. the view, rooms , everything is worth it .,, specially the hospitality team is so nice they take care of you like you are in you home ... they give us a surprise cake too when we vist there.. this is really a genuine review what actually i feel there ... sharing some pictures too... must must vist ❤️
