From the first friendly face on the welcome team at the front desk to the kind and efficient chauffeur who saw me off at the airport, everyone I encountered was truly superb. Their genuine politeness and eagerness to help made a real difference. Housekeeping deserves a special mention for their excellent attention to detail, keeping my room pristine.
