Adequate stay, away from access to main road. Travelled on foot to hotel. No update from staff prior to our stay

PRIME LOCATION FEW STEPS FROM DWARKADHISH TEMPLE. ROOM SPECIAS. FOOD QUALITY AND QUANTITY IS GOD. ROOM SERVICE MAY IMPROVE. INTERNET CONNECTION AND MOBILE CONNECTION IS VERY POOR IN THIS HOTEL

The stay was very good. The hotel is very close to the Dwarkadheesh Temple. Very neat and clean. Good hospitality and restaurant is also very good. Only issue was the restaurant continued to charge 18% gst even after the GST changes were brought into effect. When asked the staff didn’t have any answer. The receptionist took my number and said I will get a call but no call was received.

Dwarka temple was at walking distance from the hotel . Overall the hotel is good, nice food and services is good too. Would recommend fellow travellers

I stayed at Pride Comfort Hotel, Dwarka with my wife and kid, and the experience was far from satisfactory. • Cleanliness: The room was dusty, and the bed linen was clearly not cleaned properly. This gave a very unhygienic impression right from the start. • Food: Dinner was just average, but the breakfast was extremely poor in quality and variety. My kid was irritated as there was hardly anything appealing or fresh to eat. For a hotel of this category, such food standards are unacceptable. • Service: The only positive aspect was the staff, who were cordial and tried their best, but that alone cannot compensate for the poor upkeep and food. Overall, this property seriously needs improvement in cleanliness, hygiene, and food standards. Definitely not worth the price charged, and I would not recommend it for families.

Everything was comfortable and good

The location is very close to the Dwarkadhish Temple, offering a perfect scenic view. The food quality was excellent, and both the amenities provided and the staff’s behavior exceeded expectations.

Pool was not clean whole day and bathrooms were smelling food was good and it could be improved hospitality

Location is excellent, direct access to road and walking distance to temple, sea facing rooms. I visited during janmashtami and you can see color laser popping from temple that will make u happy

stay was okay....Hygiene issues...Uncleaned glass windows so no pleasure of Sea View for which we have paid extra money and took Premium Sea View ...rest location is perfect..food was great...if they improve with Hygiene it will be good for them

Food is good, service wonderful, location is outstanding.

the property location is excellent. It is within walking distance from Dawarikadshi temple. Hotel provides free rides to the temple also. The food is also good. Service is also good. Almost all rooms have a sea view. The hotel was very neat and clean. Staff is very polite. Additionally they provide free stay for night and food for your driver as well.

It was very terrible experiance regarding check in and hotel staff nd atmosphere of hotel. Manager told if you booked from here than we can provide early check in but you booked from makemytrip so we can't. Rooms are available but they did not provide because i booked from makemytrip. Dirty hotel room, everywhere water leakage nd first time i called makemytrip customer care about this.

This is a nice hotel located near Dwarkadheesh Temple . Temple can be seen from the suite rooms . There is a cafe in the hotel which serves excellent food and is very hygienic . courteous staff , the rooms are well maintained and with all basic amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel to my fellow travellers.

The location of this hotel is very near to the temple. And the room size and quality is worth it. Also the food here is upto the mark and very tasty. Worth staying at this hotel.

Rooms were good, but had a strong stinky smell. Breakfast quality is not upto the mark. Location is good. Parking facility needs improvement.

Had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Staff were courteous and helpful, which added to the positive experience. Basic amenities like a refrigerator, safe lock, and toiletries were all provided. The only downside was the parking – since the hotel is located on a main street, finding a proper parking spot was a bit of a challenge. Still, a good option if you're okay with limited parking.
